Before 2 days / 48 hours of delivery, Advance will be refunded . if your order has been prepared and the order is being canceled then advance will not be refunded, If you are canceling your order 1 day before delivery or on the same day of delivery, then you will not be refunded

We have the right to cancel the Order in case of an acute Political Scenario and the delivery of cake is not possible. In such case, option will be given to collect the order from designated BakeTown Handover point
