SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of our baked goods. By placing an order for delivery, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

DELIVERY SERVICE:

  • Deliveries of freshly baked cakes and cupcakes are facilitated by our trained in-house & third party drivers on the specified delivery date.
  • All products are securely packaged in appropriate boxes and bags for transit.
  • While we strive for timely delivery, transportation can be subject to unforeseen delays due to traffic congestion. The selected delivery date will be honored, but specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Clients requiring their order before a specific time are advised to schedule delivery for the preceding day.
  • For deliveries utilizing third-party services, while we aim for adherence to the provided time slot, delivery timings are not guaranteed. The company is not liable for delays caused by third-party providers. Delivery-related complaints will be directed to the respective service provider.

 

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY:

  • While we take utmost care in packaging and handling, baked goods are delicate, and minor damage during transit may occur. The company cannot be held responsible for slight damages incurred during delivery.
  • Consistent with in-person order collection, the company is not liable for any damage or loss occurring during the delivery process, and refunds will not be applicable for such instances.
  • Upon dispatch, our delivery team will contact the provided telephone number to coordinate the handover. Clients are responsible for personally receiving the order directly from the delivery driver at the specified address. Delivery personnel will not enter hotel rooms, apartments, or building receptions.
  • Delivery drivers will wait at the designated delivery location for a maximum of seven minutes.

 

FORCE MAJEURE:

In the event of acute political instability or severe weather conditions that pose a risk to our delivery personnel, the company reserves the right to delay or cancel order delivery. Affected clients will be offered the option to collect their order from a designated company collection point.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY:

  • When placing a delivery order, it is imperative to provide an accurate and reachable telephone number for both the client and the recipient to facilitate communication regarding the delivery.
  • By proceeding with a delivery order, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping and Delivery Policy.
