REFUND:
Refunds are exclusively considered when the company is determined to be at fault, subject to expert evaluation. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of cancellation.
EXCHANGES:
Exchange requests for other gift items are accommodated if the order has not yet been prepared and are subject to a minimum 24-hour notice. Same-day exchanges are not possible.
ORDER REPLACEMENT:
For damaged or incorrect gift items upon delivery, clients must notify customer support within 5 hours with evidence. Valid claims will be replaced within 3 business hours. Claims outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
DISSATISFACTION:
Dissatisfaction claims must be reported to management via WhatsApp at [Phone Number] within 24 hours of collection or delivery, including a detailed explanation and photographic evidence. Resolution (discount on future order, partial refund, or store credit) is at the company’s discretion. Subjective concerns (taste, texture) are not eligible for refunds, credits, or discounts.
DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE:
The company’s liability for product damage ceases upon delivery confirmation. Verbal confirmation is obtained for all deliveries. Subsequent condition-related complaints are not the company’s responsibility. Orders are presented for approval at pickup or delivery; acceptance signifies that no refunds will be granted based on aesthetics or condition.
COLLECTION:
The company is not liable for product damage after client collection. Clients are responsible for secure and appropriate vehicle conditions for transport.
ORDER PLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION:
Orders require full advance payment. Customized and wedding cake orders should be considered carefully as they are non-refundable and ineligible for store credit. Design modifications for customized cakes require 2 business days’ notice prior to delivery.
CUSTOMER CONDUCT:
The company reserves the right to cancel orders due to disrespectful, abusive, or threatening client behavior.
SURPRISE ORDERS:
For surprise deliveries without a recipient name, clients should decline the order if concerns exist, as the company is not responsible once accepted. For surprise gifts, the sender’s name must be included; the company is not liable if the recipient refuses or is unavailable.
NON-REFUNDABLE ORDER:
Same-day orders and wedding cake orders are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION REFUNDS:
Order cancellations are eligible for a refund only if notified at least 48 hours before the delivery date. This excludes same-day and wedding cake orders.
